6am Bootcamp - Carlmont High School

Get out, get active and have fun with D.O. it Bootcamp!

We exercise OUTSIDE every day with a mix of cardio, stretching, resistance and core training. Make friends, have fun, and get ready to improve your self confidence as you improve your fitness.

ALL FITNESS LEVELS ARE WELCOME. Bring your own weights on weight days (Tuesdays and Thursdays) and a mat and water every workout. Every day will include body weight exercises and cardiovascular training. Hour-long classes include warm-up, workout, cool-down, stretch and all kinds of laughter. We meet from 6:00-7:00 am Monday through Friday.

WHAT YOU NEED TO DO:

1. Print out the waiver and release prior to class.
2. Bring your signed release and a check to the first class or pay below. If you need other arrangements, contact me directly.
3. BRING YOUR OWN WEIGHTS on weight days and a mat and water every workout.
4. That’s it!

WHERE:

We meet on the track. Park in the Senior Parking Lot located at Chula Vista and Alameda.
